Great Weekend

It's only Saturday evening and I have already had a fun filled weekend. Last night I went out with JoAnna and Dave while Jason stayed home with the kids, what a nice guy! The evening was long over due for JoAnna and I. I had tons of fun just hanging out and shedding many tears. I do wish they would have played the entire song of Kiss from Prince, we for sure would have been on the dance floor. Thank you so much for inviting me, we need to do it again very soon.

This morning I went and got my hair cut, very short in the back and red highlights. Check out my new hair cut below.

This afternoon our friends Carl, Tricia, Lainney and Tyler Laesch came over to hang out. It was so nice chatting with them all afternoon and watching the kids play. The girls were so cute playing dress up. We keep them in our thoughts and prayers, Lainney is having kidney surgery in two weeks. She has the same surgeon as Cameron so I know they are in good hands!

Tomorrow we look forward to just relaxing around the house and watching the Super Bowl game!

Kristin's Wedding

We had a BLAST Saturday at Kristin's wedding (Heidie's sister). Heidie is one of my closets friends and I miss spending time with her. Heidie I enjoyed spending time with you guys and our late night chicken snackers, love ya and we miss you guys!

Kids say the darndest things

On Saturday at Grandma and Grandpa Dailey's house Grandma asked Sienna what she thought Cameron was looking at and Sienna replied ghosts. Then Grandma asked Sienna if she sees ghosts and of course her answer was yes. Where did she even learn about ghosts and does she really see them???

Candice's Birthday

Saturday January 17th we went out for Candice's birthday and had a blast! A limo picked 8 of us up at Alan and Candice's house at 4pm and we headed to Mount Pleasant. Since the roads were not that great it look us over 2 hours to get Bennigan's in Mt. P but that was ok we had tons of fun in the limo. Some of us did Karaoke and we played a game called What the F*CK. After dinner the limo took us to the casino where we gambled for two hours before heading back to Fremont. Jason and I are happy to say we broke even!

Jason's Work Party

Saturday was Jason's work party at the Marriott hotel in Troy. They had casino night which was so much fun. Melanie and I did not hang out with the guys that much, we had so much fun at our table drinking wine, shaking our maracas and tambourines, dancing and singing. Jason got called on stage to do the YMCA, it was funny! After a FUN night Jason and I were thankful to have a room at the hotel.

Family vacation to Florida

Our family vacation to Florida was lots of FUN! Our trip down did not start out so great, we got caught in an ice storm and it took us 12 hours to Lexington KY where we stayed the night. We arrived late Christmas Eve at Jason's Grandma's house. Yep we brought presents down to Florida so the kids could have stuff to open on Christmas morning, we had a wonderful Christmas. On Friday all of us (Jason's Grandma, Tim, Sheri, Nichole, and the four of us) headed to Orlando. On Saturday we went to Magic Kingdom, Sienna had so much FUN! Sienna only wanted to see Princess's and Fairy's plus go on all the rides. Her first ride was a roller coaster, when she got off I asked her if she wanted to go again and her response was "I don't think I want to do that ride again". We stayed two nights at the hotel and on Sunday after saying goodbye to Jason's family we headed down to Vero Beach to spend time with my family, stopping at Ron Jon's Surf Shop on our way down. Monday we went on a boat ride down the Indian River and saw lots of Dolphins. Tuesday was a beach day and Wednesday we played by the pool. New years eve we spend with my family (mom, dad, A. Jean, A. Evie and U. Bob) playing the Wii all night. A cold front came through Wednesday evening, Thursday was not that warm so we relaxed and packed up for the ride home. We left early Friday and spent the night in Lexington KY again, home by 3pm on Saturday January 3rd.
